The challenge
Nevoxel places maritime professionals in shore-based roles, but its old website looked dated and gave visitors nothing to do. Candidates couldn’t browse or apply for jobs, and employers couldn’t see who was available.
The strategy
Split the site into two clear journeys so neither audience has to work out where to go. Candidates get a path to find and apply for roles. Employers get a path to find and hire talent. Every step was designed to cut friction.
The build
A complete, modern redesign with an internal jobs portal. Candidates can browse job listings and apply for roles. Employers can browse candidate profiles, shortlist and hire. “Find jobs” and “Hire talent” sit side by side from the first screen.
